- Develop quarterly blogs that highlight updates and key insights from OSS meetings, aiming to disseminate educational takeaways to the wider ACCC audience.
- Contribute OSS-specific updates on activities for the State Society corner of the Oncology Issues (OI) journal.
- Identify articles presented or co-authored by OSS members to submit for potential publication in OI.
- Coordinate timelines for content development and educational initiatives, ensuring that external stakeholders are kept informed of progress prior to scheduled meetings/conferences.
- Collaborate with OSS and ACCC partners to maintain the relevance of educational materials.
- Assist the content development team in reviewing educational proposals as required.
- Provide copy editing support for meeting slides used in client presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience in editorial coordination, content development, or a similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to adapt quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with oncology or healthcare-related topics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively editorializing education and policy developments for our state society clients, with the aim of expanding awareness and engagement among the broader membership of the Association of Cancer Care (ACCC). The Editorial Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC) Content team and Oncology State Society (OSS) Account Executives. This role involves collaborating closely with both teams to share knowledge and highlight common themes relevant to both memberships.
