The University of Miami Health System at Doral is looking for a talented Materials Management Clerk to join their expanding team. This role involves handling the receipt and distribution of supplies at the cutting-edge facility in Downtown Doral. UHealth at Doral is set to offer world-class medical services, including specialties like cardiology, cancer treatment, and urology, providing innovative care to the growing Doral community.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and restock inventory items, ensuring proper rotation and monitoring of expiration dates
• Assist in unloading and unpacking inventory shipments
• Report any issues like overstocking or discrepancies
• Deliver supplies in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate charging of supplies
• Label inventory packages
• Maintain accurate receiving and order documentation
• Adhere to University policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Commitment to core values
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Accurate data entry skills
