As a Digital Product Manager Senior within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia PA, Wilmington DE, Washington DC, Tysons Corner VA, or New York, NY.

PNC is seeking to transform its Retail Lending business, and as a Digital Product Manager Senior, you will play a critical part in this journey.

You will lead the discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across Retail Lending portfolio.

The successful candidate

• Will collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand the vision, roadmap, features and releases for customer journeys
• Will collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to facilitate customer research, designs, prototypes, and other exploration activities.
• Will be responsible for defining, refining, accepting, and prioritizing stories according to business value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and complexity.
• Will partner with Senior Product owner to own and maintain one scrum team's backlog to streamline execution. Will partner with BSAs, Tech Leads and Scrum teams to execute upon this work.
• Will participate in the program and team events including quarterly planning, demos, daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Will manage activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements and validate metrics as appropriate for methodology and Enterprise controls.
• Must be self-directed with strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Has good business sense and technical foundation to establish priorities and appropriate tradeoffs for system functionality and performance.
• Will work with the team with a MVP philosophy to deliver frequent, reliable, desirable and scalable software solutions.

Job Description

Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.

Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences.

Supports business case development.
Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.

Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.

Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary:
$55,000.00 – $142,350.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
