    Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our team
    The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks including financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial analysis
    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

    Responsibilities:
    1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    2. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and review transactions for accuracy.
    3. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
    4. Assist in the preparation of regulatory and tax filings.
    5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
    6. Assist with the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation.
    7. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
    8. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
    9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
    10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    2. Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar role.
    3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
