    Project Management Coordinator (Content Production)

    tarte cosmetics seeks a motivated Project Management Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of in-house content creation. Ideal candidates should be extremely organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with a passion for beauty content development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Director of Production and Senior Project Manager to monitor multiple projects and seasonal campaign launches simultaneously
    • Maintain daily photo and video shoot schedule in collaboration with the Senior Creative Project Manager and Director of Production
    • Conduct daily recaps, ensuring scope of work is fulfilled during team weekly assessment meetings
    • Compile regular status reports for post-production updates for leadership and adjacent teams
    • Collaborate on process improvements to identify efficiency and potential issues before they escalate
    • Manage live production calendar alongside the Director of Content Production and the Senior Project Manager
    • Provide daily on-set assistance for photo and video teams
    • Assist with model casting and outreach for all photo/video needs
    • Assist with creating contact sheets and organizing still photography assets
    • Help track pre-launch product samples in collaboration with Marketing, Packaging & Product Development teams
    • Manage post-production process to ensure assets are saved and delivered as needed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS required, marketing or creative fields preferred
    • 1-2 years of professional working experience in a related field
    • Experience in photo and/or video production highly preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
    • Highly organized with flexibility to adapt to changes
    • Proficient in Google G Suite
    • Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus but not required
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
