Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding various mortgage products and programs available to them.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Evaluate clients' financial situations, including credit history, income, and debt, to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans.
• Provide personalized mortgage solutions and recommendations based on clients' needs and financial goals.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including completing applications, gathering required documentation, and obtaining pre-approval letters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, and loan processors to keep them informed of the status of their loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the mortgage lending process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a mortgage loan officer or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using mortgage origination software and other relevant tools.
• Current mortgage loan originator license in TX required.
