    Requirements

    What You'll Do
    • Lead and inspire your crew in delivering Subsurface Utility Engineering services for clients who rely on our expertise.
    • Use your knowledge of EM and GPR equipment to uncover what lies beneath the surface with accuracy and confidence.
    • Champion safety in every decision, ensuring your crew works with care and professionalism.
    • Foster collaboration and respect, creating a team environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
    • Balance precision and efficiency while meeting project deadlines that matter to our clients and the communities they serve.
    What We're Looking For
    • A skilled professional with 3-5 years of hands-on SUE experience and at least 1 year leading a crew.
    • Someone who thrives outdoors, whether under the summer sun or in brisk winter weather, with the stamina and grit to see projects through.
    • A communicator who can build trust-with clients, teammates, and stakeholders alike.
    • A problem-solver who brings both technical expertise and sound judgment to the field.
    • A leader who embodies our core values: integrity, respect, quality, community, collaboration, and sustainability.
    The Work Itself

This is work that keeps you moving, thinking, and contributing in a hands-on way. You'll spend your days outdoors-rain or shine-helping uncover what lies beneath the surface and ensuring projects are built on accuracy and safety. The role requires stamina and strength: lifting up to 50 pounds, digging, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods. It's challenging, physical work-but it's also deeply rewarding, knowing every task completed supports safer, stronger communities.
