Responsibilities as a Brewista:

• Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and accurately input orders into our point of sale system.
• Handle payments for orders and accurately return change to the customer.
• Prepare all beverages and mixes.
• Operate with efficiency, always prioritizing the customer's time!
• Maintain productivity and proactivity throughout the entire shift, even during slow periods.
• Build personal connections with customers daily through authentic interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our menu and drinks; identify and guide customers to order their desired beverages correctly, offering suggestions when needed.
• Present oneself professionally each day and dress appropriately for the assigned role.
• Understand shift change duties, checklists, and weekly tasks to stay focused and complete them when necessary.
• Arrive on time, clock in, and be prepared to work at the designated position when the shift starts.
• Show respect and kindness towards teammates and customers.
• Adhere to organization standards and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications as a Brewista:

• Capable of creating and maintaining positive interactions with strangers for extended periods.
• Handle hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products with care and speed.
• Work outdoors for extended periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand comfortably for long hours.
• Use a ladder and stepladder confidently.
• Perform various physical tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting as needed for stocking and cleaning.
• Navigate between and around cars in the drive-thru line safely.
• Operate a utility knife securely.

Schedule Requirements as a Brewista:

• Flexible work schedule
• Minimum of three shifts per week.
• Adhere to company protocols for requesting time off.
• Availability for weekend shifts and holidays when necessary.
