Interim Healthcare is currently seeking qualified, outgoing Resident Aides for Assisted Living Facilities in the Rockford/Grand Rapids areas.

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available, pay range $17-$20 per hour.

Role Requirements for Resident Aide:

• Provide personal care and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain a safe care environment
• Follow infection control protocols
• Collaborate with supervising nurse (LPN or RN)
• Report patient/client conditions accurately
• Assist with mobility and exercises
