Job summary:
The Financial Services Controller will oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting and audit processes. They will ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls. While providing strategic financial guidance to support business goals.This position manages employees of the accounting department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within that department.

Duties and Essential Functions
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred,
