    Description

    Agency client is looking for a Social Media Manager who will provide media services, strategic media planning, media buying, and execution for various high profile entertainment and theatrical clients.

    Must have a general understanding of traditional media planning and integrated marketing strategies.

    RESPONSIBLITIES:

    Media Strategy & Planning

    • Work with clients to align on campaign details, KPI's, budgets, and creative restrictions.
    • Recommend appropriate media channels/tactics, spend, targeting, and creative best practices
    • Lead communication with external vendors to drive the RFP and negotiation process.
    • Share and sell through new, upcoming, exclusive, or timely opportunities to clients

    Media Buying

    • Lead ad trafficking process between clients and vendors to ensure accuracy, and delivery.
    • Setup and launch biddable campaigns across all social platforms and Google Ads
    • Monitor live campaigns daily, including for both pacing and performance status
    • Regularly optimize campaigns to drive clients' campaign objectives

    Reporting

    • Regularly build campaign performance reports using data from platform dashboards.
    • Expertly pivot raw campaign data to summarize campaign performance.
    • Deliver cross-channel reporting with strategic campaign insights on a regular basis
    • Communicate campaign performance and media recommendations to clients.

    Account Management

    • Respond to client communications in a reasonable timely manner.
    • Manage client expectation around deliverables, launches, and creative swaps
    • Keep senior management apprised of client updates, and upcoming campaigns.
