    Job Summary:

    We are seeking full-time, experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with various conditions, working closely with physicians and other healthcare team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
    • Diagnose movement dysfunction and other deficits to develop a treatment plan.
    • Communicate effectively with patients regarding expectations of treatment and achievement of patient goals.
    • Utilize knowledge of patient's diagnosis, signs, and symptoms and results of diagnostic studies to determine the patient's level of function.
    • Interpret and organize evaluation and assessment data.
    • Set priorities and establish realistic short-term and long-term goals and outcomes.
    • Maintain patient records and documents goals and progress in a timely manner.
    • Instruct patients in how to properly perform therapeutic exercise techniques.
    • Guide patients appropriately through post-surgical protocols.
    • Coordinate patient care with Physical Therapist Assistants and/or therapy technicians.
    • Schedule patients effectively for productive time utilization.
    • Document and maintain a plan of care for each patient that includes specific therapy orders in coordination with the medical plan of care.
    • Communicate effectively with the physician teams.
    • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with front office, call center, and billing staff when requested.

    Requirements:

    • BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
    • Orthopedic experience preferred.
    • Current Physical Therapy license and CPR required.
