    Womack Group is actively seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas, TX.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Designs and delivers talent acquisition policies and guidelines to align the workforce with organizational culture.
    • Evaluates and adapts talent acquisition programs, tools and initiatives using analytics and data driven insights in support of evolving business needs.
    • Plans and manages activities in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
    • Analyzes data related to recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, to set departmental strategy, maintain compliance with legal regulations, and support organizational goals.
    • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, human resources business partners, and hiring managers. Provides proactive, practical, and consistent direction, advice, and guidance on matters related to talent acquisition. Supports teams across the enterprise with the development, enhancement, and deployment of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, industry groups, and other sources of applicants to maximize recruiting efforts and exposure within the community.
    • Oversees vendor relationships in accordance with contracts, company policies and guidelines. Identifies and addresses gaps in vendor performance to resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Selects, develops, motivates, and evaluates the performance of employees. Provides coaching and feedback to employees to address performance shortfalls. Creates and documents efficient and sustainable processes.
    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • At least 10+ years of recruitment and preferably human resources experience with at least 2-3 in a management role.
    • Experience recruiting in Industrial Engineering.
    • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Equivalent PMI or another PM accreditation preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent Microsoft suite skills.
    • Paylocity experience preferred.

    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and five+ years of experience in human resources positions with a focus in recruiting; or equivalent.
    • Communication Skills: Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at all levels on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.
    • Numeric Skills: Requires the ability to apply research methods, and/or advanced statistical and/or accounting methods.
    • Computer Skills: Requires intermediate to advanced computer skills to utilize various software applications for developing documents, metrics, reports, presentations, and graphics.
    • Work Conditions: Works indoors in an office environment. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting
