Position Overview
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes and systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Syteline. This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements in the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimization within ERP systems.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs.
- Develop functional specifications and conduct gap analyses to identify solution opportunities.
- Support the implementation and integration of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and processes.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems; experience with Syteline is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
