    As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be pivotal in developing long-term relationships with our commercial clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding and promoting our Ford Pro business offerings, which encompass vehicles, software solutions, financing options, charging infrastructure, and comprehensive service packages.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
    • Become an expert in all aspects of the Ford Pro business unit, including products, services, and client solutions.
    • Drive sales and service business through proactive client engagement and strategic account development.
    • Deliver presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating the benefits and value of our solutions.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

    Requirements
    • Proven experience in commercial vehicle operations, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sales or service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
    • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and manage accounts effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
