Our client is looking for 2 Program Managers to sit remotely and support their clients strategically.

These Program Managers come in after the final signature in the sales process and help to onboard, provide upkeep and coaching throughout the maintenance phase in the client relationship, help grow the relationship, help clients make business decisions, keep up with new technology features/best practices, collaborate with internal teams, etc.

2-3+ years of true Program Management experience

Conflict resolution/negotiations

Hands-on working with clients

Strong understanding of corporate KPIs

Ability to maintain/grow client relationships

Start-up experience

SaaS background

Assertive - ability to be confident when needed while maintaining a respectful tone

Bachelors degree
