    Your Role

    As an Account Executive, you will be on the front lines of our mission. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking financial assistance. Your role is to provide expert guidance and consultative support, helping them navigate their options and enroll in a program that can change their lives.

    What You'll Do

    • Connect with interested individuals who have responded to our direct mail offers. There is absolutely no cold calling.
    • Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand each client's unique situation, needs, and goals.
    • Educate clients on their debt consolidation options and empower them to make informed decisions.
    • Utilize a consultative approach to guide clients to the best solution, overcome objections, and successfully enroll them in our program.
    • Manage your personal sales pipeline effectively within our CRM system, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance in all client interactions.

    • Total Earning Potential: $32,000 - $250,000+ Annually: This range represents the anticipated annual earnings (base salary and commission) for this position. Your actual income is directly tied to your performance in our uncapped commission plan.
    • Warm Leads Provided: You will be speaking exclusively with people who have proactively responded to our mailers seeking information. You will never have to make a single cold call.
    • Comprehensive Paid Training: We provide extensive, hands-on sales and systems training to set you up for long-term success, including sponsorship for IAPDA certification.
    • Ramp-Up Pay Guarantee: We invest in your success from day one. For your first 30 days, you can focus on mastering your craft without financial stress. You are guaranteed the higher of your daily earned commission or $100. This ensures you have a stable income while you build the skills to unlock your full earning potential.
