- Responsible for the accurate review and timely submission of renewal and initial occupational licensing applications in various jurisdictions where the Company operates.
- Communicate promptly and efficiently with regulatory authorities and internal employees in resolving licensing matters, obtaining required documentation, submitting requisite technician licensing filings, and handling questions or requests; manages and resolves internal and external client requests through e-mail, remote computer access, and telephone.
- Assist in monitoring license expiration dates and updating department records, while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
- Analyze occupational licensing requirements.
- Engages in various methods of internal and external research related to regulatory compliance. Assist internal teams in resolving licensing or regulatory compliance issues, responding to inquiries, and communicating resolutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate with regulatory compliance management regarding regulatory licensing system software errors and/or program recommendation changes.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and understand regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.
- Must have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory licensing software, casino and/or gaming environments, and the associated licensing requirements in multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
- Experience in a regulatory compliance role supporting licensing; casino or supplier environment preferred.
- Experience working with tribal and commercial gaming regulators.
- Experience processing occupational licensing applications.
- Working knowledge of ArdentSky or other compliance software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro-DC.
