    OverviewThe Business Analyst will provide support to the Malt division in the areas of data extraction, reporting, and system application of complex pricing strategies.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze pricing and discounts to ensure the proper margins are met; notify sales managers if margins are too lowAudit pricing and ensure timely communication of retail pricing letters for multiple branches; work with Division Sales Mangers and Pricing Coordinators to make corrections as neededAnalyze promotional budgets and discounts to evaluate effectiveness and ROIAnalyze inventory reports by branch; make decisions on how to relieve excess inventoryMonitor Vendor Accounts Receivable and assist in the collection of outstanding balancesTrack, prepare and distribute reports on incentive programs and sales goalsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in pricing with vendorsSupport Malt Beverage market reviews and surveys during key holiday periodsAssist in the development of business and marketing plans for soliciting new vendorsCreate reports, dashboards, P&L's and presentations and analysis for managementPerform other job related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor degree plus 1 year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience in the sales and marketing of alcoholic beveragesKnowledge of and experience in SAP, specifically data extraction an reportingProficiency in the use of Microsoft Access and Excel; familiar with other MS office programs"Glazer's Beer and Beverage provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability." note that job application deadlines will vary by position.
