Responsibilities
- Gather market share and competitive data pertinent to their category including product catalogs price lists current promotions new product introductions and regulatory issues
- Make recommendations for primary research including surveys focus groups Aid in conducting secondary market research competitive analysis through data collection from numerous sources
- Develop maintain accurate retail landscapes assist Product Management team with Product Line Review proposals pricing strategies promotional plans Support developing launch material commercialization of new products presentations POP sample shipments informational DVDs sell sheets Take lead planning organizing verifying new product research trips conduct job site research field testing understand end users needs applications relate their category Support brand events representative Milwaukee brand their category Collaborate developing content images website interaction Brand organize photo shoots products Initiate assist development product demonstrations communication performance advantages within their category Provide customer input throughout process Frequently interact distributors field sales end-users opportunities successful placement channels distribution Run sales reports as requested by Product or Senior Manager help understand trends customer performance channel performance etc
