Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to work as a Customer Service Dispatcher.
This position works with cooperative personnel to coordinate maintenance and construction on our electric distribution system as well as power restoration when outages occur.
They will also work with cooperative members to set up new accounts, take payments and provide one-call resolution to any issues that arise.
The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and utilize technology, the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.This position works varying shifts, - days, evenings, overnights and weekends.
