    Job Title: Call Center Representative

    About the Role

    We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through clinical and administrative support functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the integrity of the Health Information Record by obtaining and documenting accurate information in a timely manner.
    • Provide clear and concise communication to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
    • Utilize technology to access and update patient records, track interactions, and generate reports as needed.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with customers and colleagues.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
