    Accounts Payable Clerk

    • My client is a leading community based nonprofit located in Prospect Park/East Flatbush, Brooklyn near many forms of public transportation
    • Working with a close knit team, extremely low turnover in the department, friendly, family oriented culture
    • Systems are extremely automated and user friendly

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter invoice information received via AP inbox, gather appropriate approvals to prepare invoices for payment
    • Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to provide payment status updates / request missing information
    • Data entry via Excel
