- The Medical Scheduler will take a high volume of inbound calls from patients looking to schedule outpatient/inpatient procedures.
- Will be required to schedule and confirm patient appointments and make any changes as necessary.
- Must be able to manage appointment flow as necessary. Call volume is calls per day.
- Candidate will enter in patient demographics, listen to and understand patients medical condition so as to schedule them with the appropriate specialist, schedule them in with the facility, and enter in insurance information and diagnostic codes of the condition.
- Healthcare experience required
