Job summary
This role supports and expands existing e-commerce sales through marketing, merchandising, and promotional techniques for all online channels. This Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist must be detail-oriented,personalities self-motivated proactive adaptable with a strong understanding of the digital retail environment customer-centric strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations and customer facing details of Amazon in Vendor Central managing product listings/catalog compliance management promo analysis audits images pricing inventory Brand Shop A+ Content monthly sales reporting Regularly audit analyze e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy currency quality of content across various categories Resolve any errors ensure proper merchandising Manage product updates new collection launches ensuring accurate product details stock availability pricing sell-out performance Oversee launch process from product uploads banner updates Use reporting tools prepare monthly reports identify trends analyze sales data find opportunities to enhance e-commerce experience Forecast potential impacts proposed changes Monitor inventory levels stock availability timely replenishment Address resolve technical issues seamless customer experience Manage customer inquiries reviews platforms Salesforce Google Meta Uphold brand standards retailer national accounts websites Ensure digital assets product presentations align brand identity Create provide necessary digital content drive brand awareness sales Collaborate content calendars campaigns promotions email strategies Ensure flawless execution digital initiatives Assist campaign setups upon request Assist regular updates optimizations Instagram Shop PromoBoxx ensuring content accurate timely aligned marketing campaigns Stay informed digital retail trends consumer behavior opportunities Assist global projects HQ ensuring they align local market needs Monitor manage grey market issues comply brand policies protect brands integrity All other duties assigned Management
