To assist the Department Administrator and Assistant Administrator in the overall management of the department.Covers staff coordination policy and procedure development strategic planning organizational analysis Clinical Reporting & Access Improvement Directs administrative support activities developing scheduling maintaining applicable records agendas minutes reports plans Develops planning management organizational analysis documents establishes goals objectives directs coordinates development guidelines policies procedures standards improve operations Works with Department Administrator develop long short-term goals department strategic plans Interviews hires employees Supervises administrative staff efficient operation department Responsible staff development administrative personnel Oversees transitional activities implementation organizational procedural changes Assists planning budgeting department Identifies internal controls compliance Provides mechanisms monitor enforce compliance Completes special projects informational surveys ad hoc reports>
