Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Charge Nurse at St. David's HealthCare, you will supervise nursing personnel and collaborate with healthcare disciplines to ensure quality patient care. Utilize your skills to assess patient needs, communicate with stakeholders, and refine care plans for optimal outcomes. Take on a leadership role in coordinating functions within the unit.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; minimum 6 months experience as a Staff RN
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 1 year of Staff RN experience and charge experience
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Required: Current Texas RN License or Compact RN license; BCLS certification
Preferred: ACLS certification, PALS certification
