Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times.
• Handle cashier duties accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments swiftly and securely.
• Provide clear information about menu items, specials, and wait times to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, assisting guests with reservations or questions.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and ensure smooth service flow.

Experience

• Prior experience as a host/hostess or cashier in a food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Previous experience in hotel or guest services roles is a plus, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively setting.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster welcoming guest interactions.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on hospitality, serving, and guest satisfaction is highly valued.
