    Global Benefits Manager IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 13 million students worldwide, is seeking an experienced full-time Global Benefits Manager to grow with us as our 1100+ person company continues to expand.

    The Global Benefits Manager will be responsible for the delivery and management of benefit programs globally across the US, Canada and the UK.

    The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with their internal and external stakeholders; they will have strong project management skills and exceptional analytics capabilities.

    WHAT YOULL BE DOING ? Partner with brokers in the US, Canada, and UK to design and implement health, welfare, and retirement plans that meet IXLs total rewards strategy.

    ? Own the Benefits work streams within HR initiatives to automate and simplify benefit administration globally.

    ? As a health and welfare expert, create communication plans and resources that effectively communicate benefits programs, including plan options, policy features, annual open enrollment, and other requirements across employee populations.

    ? Ensure accuracy of all benefit enrollments in the HR system (Workday) and work with vendors to confirm accurate eligibility and enrollment information is transmitted.

    ? Ensure employee benefits records and processes are in compliance with all required laws, regulations, and internal policies. ? Manage workers compensation program per state/country, including coordinating claim initiation with employees and brokers. ? Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, etc. ? Interpret FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities.

    Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation on the accommodation process and other complex benefits matters involving partners and senior counsel.

    ? Manage vendor relationships in alignment with HR key deliverables.

    WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR ? BA/BS, SPHR preferred ? 5+ years of global benefits, leave, workers compensation, and retirement plan administration experience for global companies.

    ? 3+ years working knowledge of Workday HCM is required; experience tracking benefit elections and monthly reconciliation within HCM strongly preferred.

    ? Demonstrated success of independently managing health and welfare plans, life and disability insurance plans, flexible spending accounts, and retirement plans in North America and Europe.

    ? Knowledge of statutory requirements for benefits, including COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA rules . ? Working knowledge of Canada, UK, Germany, and/or Australia statutory requirements for benefits, leaves, and accommodations.

    ? Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data with a demonstrated practice of maintaining employee confidentiality, HIPAA and other global data privacy compliance requirements.

    ? Ability to manage projects autonomously to completion, including working through and with junior HR team members. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
