- Gain an in-depth understanding of Guidewire applications, the cloud ecosystem that enables them, the market, competition, and user requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams to define and maximize the value of our solutions.
- Develop smart solutions to complex problems while collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and test opportunities, and prioritize and refine solutions.
- Build and communicate roadmaps and requirements with teams and appropriate stakeholders.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly.
- Will be power user of the products and will be accepting the features built by the team
- has a strong understanding and experience with AWS services, containerization and container orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes etc.
- can define and articulate product roadmaps with solid use cases and associated ROI.
- will detail feature requirements/specifications with clear acceptance criteria for each software release.
- is able to establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- will collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams, through the design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery.
- can find and lead opportunities for revenue growth, customer adoption and improved customer satisfaction.
- is comfortable managing product backlogs because there should be a priority for getting things done.
- been certified as an AWS Cloud Practitioner
- an understanding of containerization and container orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes).
- familiarity with AHA.
- can travel 5-10% of the time as and when necessary
