    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating software systems that enable the first platform to codify the theory of mechanical engineering.

    • Leveraging AWS to build out our APIs, data model, authorization, and other infrastructure
    • Building out and streamlining our frontend infrastructure
    • Implementing and maintaining our React web forms
    • Collaborating with other engineers to create a seamless integration with the computational backend
    • Creating a best-in-class user experience for our prospects and customers

    Requirements

    • A background in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
    • Industry experience with Software Engineering
    • Minimum 3 year's experience in web development
    • Expert-level knowledge of Typescript, NodeJS, and Redux
    • Expert-level knowledge of the AWS stack: EC2, AppSync, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Amplify, and others
    • Familiarity with Automated Testing

    Nice to have

    • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
    • Familiarity with and other web-based 3D modeling frameworks
    • Familiarity with aesthetic design principles for frontend development
    • Experience developing web, SAAS applications
    • Experience running a team
