    IT Support Specialist/Help Desk Technician

    I am currently working on a Direct hire IT Support Technician/Help Desk Technician opportunity with one of my clients based out of Madison.

    50/50 mix of remote/onsite/The majority of clients are local with a handful of clients that are further out but those would be super limited onsite travel. The have a company vehicle, but also allow for travel reimbursement.

    Pay: $55,000-$65,000/yr

    Overview:

    My direct Client is expanding their team, they have onboarded a few larger clients and have had requests for more onsite time at said clients.

    As well as looking for technicians wanting to learn and grow into a Systems Administrator role.

    Focused more on good communication skills, customer-service focus, and a team collaborator.

    -This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions and in-person on-site at their client's locations as needed.

    -Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades.

    -Predominantly supports Microsoft stack: Windows, AD, MS-Cloud(nice to have), Hyper-V, as well as Sonic Wall.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    -Provide desktop support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site

    -Provide desktop support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365

    -Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems

    -Document incidents and follow resolution procedures

    -Provide exceptional customer service at all times
