    Job Description:

    As a Social Media Coordinator at Initial Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and drive engagement.

    You will work closely with our team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

    Social Media Strategy:
    Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' objectives, target audience, and industry trends

    Content Creation:
    Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

    Community Management:
    Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive interactions with followers

    Campaign Execution:
    Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, including content scheduling, ad management, and influencer partnerships

    Analytics and Reporting:
    Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports to clients and internal teams, with insights and recommendations for optimization.


    Stay Updated with Trends:

    Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our clients' strategies remain innovative and effective.

    Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
    Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Facebook Ads Manager.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
