    Description

    Our client, a family owned business in the building, landscaping, and professional services space is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to help the organization.

    This role is ready to interview and start immediately
    Hourly rate $22-32HR depending on experience.

    Union NJ - Role is In-office


    Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and Verify requests for proposals to vendors providing materials and
    services

    • Process POs and outside bids for review with Purchasing
    • Place Orders and Coordinate Deliveries daily
    • Assist with accounts payables
    • Schedule and Coordinate projects
    • Process monthly paperwork
    • Other related duties as assigned.
    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, or related programs.
    • Ideally proficient in Vista by Viewpoint or related accounting software systems.
    • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in office 7am4:30pm M-F
