- Create and maintain simulation models for power supply, including plasma load for system development
- Design, develop, and release switch mode power supply systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with product design, field performance, and reliability
- Ensure the success of products/systems in end users' applications
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and product management to drive innovation
- Manage risk and compliance in the area of accountability
- Standard office environment, noisy lab, and clean room
- Travel may be required (10%), including international and domestic trips
- Experience in designing Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS)
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and provide guidance to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum of 5 years in engineering and product development
- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar
- MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with a Power Electronics concentration preferred
