    Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of National Accounts to scale our portfolio of niche fragrance brands, currently experiencing rapid growth. Were expanding our business with each of these retailers (and more) and need to expand our team to maximize the potential: Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Von Maur, Sephora, Nordstrom, Bluemercury and Bergdorf Goodman. You will join our team of seasoned experts, with access to Marketing, EDI, Sales Administration and Senior Managements support. We have national sell-out coverage in place to drive your business home.

    Europerfumes is the leading US distributor of artisanal fragrance brands. Founded in 1997, Europerfumes has decades of experience vetting and sourcing the best independent brands from all over the world. Today our portfolio includes over 15 brands (Xerjoff, Juliette Has a Gun, Vilhelm Parfumerie, Roja, Montale and more) for which we manage everything within the US. This management ranges from a brand's online store, social media presence, and retail distribution.

    Responsibilities:

    • This role will require proven ability to produce account growth and improve customer relationships
    • You will develop seasonal and annual strategies with the SVP, manage client relationships at a senior level, stimulate innovation and manage a sales team to ensure success.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring the team is securing repeat business and creating new opportunities to capitalize on all possible revenue streams
    • You will be expected to understand the current and future needs of your customers to provide innovative solutions to ensure winning of briefs and maintaining a competitive position within the market
    • You will co-ordinate the commercial, marketing and technical teams to dominate the clients portfolio and to gain / manage inclusion on the clients core-listing or preferred supplier lists
    • Regular travel will be an element of this role
    • Consistently meet and exceed on your targets, KPIs and budgets

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • History of serving one or more of these accounts: Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Von Maur, Sephora, Nordstrom, Bluemercury and Bergdorf Goodman.
    • Proven results in meeting and exceeding sell-in targets.
    • Extensive experience in managing key accounts, particularly within the luxury and/or fashion industry.
    • Ability to use both sides of the brain. To effectively sell a brand, you need to market it. ? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. ?
    • Comfortable and proficient in Microsoft Excel, this is a must.
