The Recruiting Squad (TRS), powered by Recruiting Laboratories, is expanding into select metropolitan markets across the U.S.
We are seeking experienced recruiting leaders and entrepreneurial operators who want to build and scale a recruiting business in their city — without starting from zero.
This is not a traditional job.It's an opportunity to become a Metropolitan Owner-Operator, leveraging a centralized recruiting engine, proven delivery model, and national platform infrastructure.

Our centralized recruiting team delivers interview-ready candidates through a structured process, allowing market operators to focus on growth, relationships, and winning business.
Recruiting Laboratories provides the platform, technology, and methodology — while local operators build revenue in their markets.The Opportunity
As a Metropolitan Owner-Operator, you will:
Lead market growth and client acquisition in your metropolitan area
Build relationships with founders, executives, and hiring leaders
Develop strategic partnerships and vertical expertise locally
Drive revenue while TRS handles recruiting execution centrally
Participate in the economic upside of the markets you help build
You are not responsible for managing recruiters or building systems from scratch — our centralized delivery team runs the recruiting engine.
