Job Description: Echo Technologist PRN

We are looking for a dedicated Echo Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital.

Responsibilities

The Echo Technologist PRN will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures as outlined in policies and procedures of the Cardiovascular Laboratory. This includes Duplex imaging and/or echocardiography. The successful candidate will also assume responsibility and accountability for patients in the department, providing care through assessment, observation, and documentation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered or registry eligible as a cardiac sonographer
• Work experience in lieu of degree, or high school graduate/GED
• One year or more experience as an Echo Technologist, preferably with supervisory experience
