- Student Loan Repayment: This RN position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

- The RN-C is responsible for providing direct patient care and performs nursing assessment skills and treatments in accordance with registered nurse standard nursing practice for patients of all ages in the pre-operative, surgical and post-operative setting.
- Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience required. 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or multistate licensure in a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Day schedule with varying start times depending on surgical case load, occas wknd/hol/call; 80hrs/2wks
