We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Physician to deliver high-quality radiological care, utilizing advanced imaging modalities to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise while working in a collaborative setting dedicated to excellence.Required Skills:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with valid license to practice radiology in Pennsylvania
Board-certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Proficiency in a broad range of imaging modalities including XR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and Nuclear Medicine
Strong knowledge of diagnostic procedures, light interventional radiology techniques, and image-guided biopsies and drainages
Ability to interpret complex imaging studies accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
Nice to Have Skills:
Subspecialty experience in neuro, pediatric, mammography, or nuclear medicine imaging
Familiarity with electronic medical records and imaging software
Prior locum or temporary radiology work experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
At least 2 years of recent radiology practice, with some experience in diverse case mixes
Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
Valid Pennsylvania medical license
Current board certification in diagnostic radiology
Ability to work onsite in Kittanning, PA
Commitment to providing thorough, timely interpretations and patient-centered care
Flexible availability to cover shifts as needed, including potential holiday and overtime hours
