- Adhere to prescribed work hours set by leadership fulfill additional hours as necessary complete assigned responsibilities Provide direct contact counseling supervision behavior management conduct interventions consequences Implement therapeutic activities Coordinate supervise client recreational activities Monitor assign clients collaborate develop implement treatment plans Schedule conduct sessions assist step work objectives Coordinate lectures parents community resources Utilize behavioral management techniques Effectively Ensure service record maintained consistent laws rules regulations Develop present all client lectures listed schedule Observe monitor record group dynamics Facilitate focal discussion Perform general cleaning duties Consult plan daily direction designated shift Read logs obtain pertinent information staff previous shifts Supervise tidy unit ensure proper equipment supplies Notify appropriate personnel supply shortages repairs needed Contribute actively integral member clinical team foster collaboration inclusivity participating meetings discussions activities enhancing client care Understand comply principles established Corporate Compliance Program Code Conduct Exercise confidentiality professional Code Conduct framework law Deliver exceptional customer service consistently every customer Serve role model demonstrate positive guest relations representing agency Assume related responsibilities assigned leadership
