    Office Assistant for Public Health Program Manager (DOH Maui)#MAUI_INDEED

    Our client is seeking an Office Assistant to provide clerical support and be the point of contact for their Maui branch. In this role, you will answer phone calls, schedule and coordinate meetings, and process incoming mail.

    The ideal candidate will have their high school diploma and one year of office experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
    • Process and distribute incoming mail.
    • Copy, scan, and file important documents.
    • Prepare narrative and numerical reports.
    • Maintain office equipment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum 1 year of office experience.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Knowledgeable of various cultures.
    • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and state/federal background check.
