    Job Description We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst/Configurator to join our talented team.

    The successful candidate will have fluency in business analysis and development principles, enabling them to work with developers and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customers, leveraging ITIL processes and best practices.


    Typical responsibilities include:

    • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
    • Experience with implementation of Service Now, working with all core ITSM, Security, ITBM, and/or HRSD applications
    • Responsible for working with Process Owners to define requirements and create well-written user stories that meet the criteria required to deliver a successful product
    • Analyze and document business processes and systems
    • Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements
    • Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
    • Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks
    • Apply Agile methodology to elicit requirements and process flows for federal customers using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process reviews, and task and workflow analysis.
    • Perform basic, no to low code configuration of ServiceNow such as catalog items, workflows, form views, choice lists, dashboards, portal, etc. Qualifications Required Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business relateddiscipline
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
    • Minimum 3 years of direct experience with ServiceNow products and platform implementations
    • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
    • Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process reviews, and task and workflow analysis
    • Demonstrated experience critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into detailed requirements (e.g., Epics and User Stories)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Training or certification in agile methodologies
    • Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements Desired Skills
