    The position:


    As the digital marketing and engagement manager, you will be integral in managing the D'Amore-McKim School of Business digital marketing platforms to support enrollment management and broader graduate programs goals.

    You'll demonstrate leadership expertise by providing strategic and tactical insights for web, email, mobile, and CRM. You'll create engaging and effective interactive experiences on multiple digital platforms, including Slate CRM and website. You'll

    manage the full-funnel communications experience within Slate across the entire graduate marketing and admissions process lifecycle.

    You'll analyze performance metrics and champion data-informed design and lead generation.

    To accomplish this, you'll work collaboratively with various business teams, digital and content strategists, analytics, web managers, and other partners to drive implementation and best-in-class platform use.


    Summary of Responsibilities:
    Slate Campaign Strategy, Configuration, and Monitoring

    Manage day-to-day campaign operations

    and strategic success of D'Amore-McKim's Slate campaigns, including email builds, forms, event creation, and landing pages,

    while optimizing for scale and efficiency. Manage email lists, data file aggregation, and uploads according to campaign

    requirements.
    Actively communicate with internal stakeholders about Slate builds, explaining processes, strategy, and implications. Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure smooth and accurate campaign operations. Collaborate with admissions and career services colleagues to support their event and email campaigns and drive engagement and registrations. E nsure communication requests have all required information, content, and context to successfully build and deploy.

    Develop mastery of our Slate instance, understand new and evolving efforts on the platform, and keep the team aware of any issues or bugs.

    Liaise with Slate CRM and

    quality assurance

    teams to maintain governance standards and data integrity.

    Ensure processes across the funnel are properly followed and enforced .
    Shape digital engagement aligned with enrollment goals


    A primary goal for this role is to provide prospective and continuing D'Amore-McKim graduate students with a high-quality, seamless, and timely experience from inquiry through enrollment.

    Play a crucial role in communication flow creation alongside the marketing strategists and copywriter, providing strategic insights based on past campaign performance and industry trends.

    Serve as primary contact for

    internal and campus-wide stakeholders involved in the recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention.


    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiting, marketing, and agency partners, to understand objectives and translate strategies into technical execution.

    Scope and build measurable campaigns to meet enrollment goals.
    Translate marketing requirements into measurable, scalable experiences for future learners and the current community.


    Identify areas for campaign optimization and A/B test different ad variations, targeting options, and landing page designs to improve conversion rates.

    Marketing Analysis and Reporting

    Prepare and analyze digital marketing reports to provide insights on key outcomes and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
    Monitor and review campaign performance to ensure campaigns run appropriately, with accurate attribution and desired successes.

    Utilize data analytics to measure campaign attribution and assess the impact of different marketing channels on customer acquisition.
    Responsible for data integrity and the subsequent accuracy of reports based on data in Slate, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

    Ensure appropriate documentation, training, and adherence to governance standards.
    Website planning, content, and new features management

    Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create and technically execute a web content strategy.

    Plan, prioritize, and project manage related web graphic design, multimedia (video and audio recording), and digital photography to enhance user experience.

    Write and edit copy for accuracy, style, readability, search engine optimization, and appropriateness for the target audience, ensuring timely content production and distribution.

    Technically execute content strategy in the web content management system (WordPress).

    Collaborate with the marketing and web managers to scope project requirements (both content and technical) for new features or layouts.

    Use tools, including Google Analytics, heat maps, keyword relevancy tools, web quality assurance software, search engine optimization, and user data, to recommend new content development, and promotions, and which content to sunset based on inactivity.

    Review the latest developments in Search Engine Optimization, content trends, and consumer behavior with the web manager and agency team.


    Qualifications:


    The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience managing complex Slate CRM communication streams, robust skills for complicated query building, and an understanding of full-funnel digital marketing activity.

    This candidate will be marketing-oriented, interested in digital content strategy and information sharing.

    Strong understanding and experience of query building and implementation processes in Slate CRM is required.

    Strong background in email building within Slate and experience with conditional language for content, Liquid markup, populations, and Slate content blocks is required.

    Web content management and strategic decision-making skills are required. Experience with WordPress preferred.
    Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as edit the work of others.
    Understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
    Enrollment management and

    graduate/professional

    program experience preferred.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

    within a fast-paced organization .
    Flexible, creative thinker, open to new ideas and changing priorities.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    Able to communicate with various stakeholders, colleagues, and peers.

    The primary work location for this position is the Boston, MA campus. This position is currently hybrid, requiring a combination of on-campus presence along with a remote work option.
