2. Experience supporting Netsuite users and stakeholders with business process & system changes ... understanding user experience, process improvements
3. Experience managing platform releases & developing testing protocols

• Papermaster ERP. Green screen 1970s technology. Not important that anyone has experience with the prior system
• This person will be key individual of the ERP ... willing to take to the team, and learn whatever they need to in order to execute and get it done
• Ideally someone is coming in 2/3 days a week. They need to be able to walk around the warehouse, communicate with the VPs and help to drive process and execute the project
• Will be joining a 200+ million dollar company .. strong benefits... definitely want this individual to ultimately come on full-time
