    Production Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    We're seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead the construction of beautiful new homes. This role offers on-site leadership, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You'll work closely with project managers, oversee construction, ensure safety, and deliver top-quality homes to delighted customers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of all construction activities, driving projects to completion on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
    • Supervision of job sites with a focus on safety, craftsmanship, and seamless collaboration with trade partners, inspectors, and homeowners.
    • Efficient management of ordering, inventory, and cost control to keep projects running smoothly.
    • Ensuring every project meets company timelines, safety protocols, and waste management guidelines.
    • Guiding, training, and motivating production assistants to excel in a supportive and high-energy team atmosphere.
    • Maintaining communication with homeowners, providing weekly updates, and top-notch customer service throughout the process.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
    • Construction or related industry experience preferred.
    • Previous experience in a production role or similar capacity preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • The ability to use personal large vehicle for job-related tasks.
