- Provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document any changes in client's health status, reporting to the appropriate parties
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by a healthcare professional
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Collaborate with client's family, healthcare team, and other caregivers to ensure the best level of care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, following infection control protocols
- Follow care plans and clientspecific instructions to meet their individual needs
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as with the Griswold Home Care team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Active CNA certification OR at least 2 years of caregiving experience
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical activities as required for client care
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

This is a part-time, hourly position in the Home Care industry in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota and surounding areas As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $22.50 / hour paid weekly.
