    Job Description:

    • Will provide support to HR Generalist & HR Manager with all HR/Administrative functions
    • Handle employee questions regarding policies, benefits, procedures, hiring, employee performance conversations, and escalations
    • Coordinate/prepare new hire orientation- will conduct, HR events, trainings, open enrollment and new hire benefit enrollment, I9 info
    • Process/maintain employee information - status change, benefits, employee records, etc.
    • Schedule meetings
    • Handle HR reports - turnover, absenteeism, recruiting reports, etc.

    Additional Skills/Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience
    • Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook (Excel - basic formulas, PowerPoint - building out decks)
    • Experience in recruiting (1 year of full cycle in an HR role) - scheduling interviews, create requisition, post requisition)
    • Manage multiple business units in multiple locations
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Experience with HR leaves (FMLA, Colorado Family Leave, etc.)
