Position Overview

Teddy Morses Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Cook for Saints & Sinners Pub located in Destination Daytona.

To prepare food for customers from point of sale printers. Ensure food presentation is proper and cooked to correct temperatures as described in the Cooks Recipe Manual.

• Ensure high food quality standards for our guests.
• Maintain cleanliness while preparing meals for guests.
• Responsible for stock management, raw food preparation, and shift inventory.
• Prepare food for buffets per established standards.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation as per health department guidelines.
• Execute tasks with urgency.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Support the Chef with assigned duties and banquets.
• Communicate with all employees and guests.
• Uphold the Forbes Hamilton Standards of Excellence.
• Occasionally assist with other tasks such as Dish Washer when needed.

• 3 to 5 years of Cooking experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and listening skills.
• Interpersonal and time management abilities.
• Guest service skills.
• Adaptability.
