    Description

    A health services organization in Tennessee is currently seeking a new Recruiter for a promising Remote opportunity with their growing Human Resources Department.

    Responsibilities:

    The Recruiter will be responsible for:

    • Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the department
    • Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
    • Providing recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions
    • Managing internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected
    • Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews
    • Performing other duties, as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or a related role
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Solid problem solving and time management skills
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized
